    that sounds fun. I've been to two baseball games in my lifetime and I dont like them anymore in person than I do on t.v. but I hope you enjoy yourself.

    I just don't get how a world series can have teams from the north America and nowhere else, there are other parts of the world too damn it lol

    I'm glad I'm not the only one who was thinking this since I knew what baseball and the "world series" was... I wonder if any baseball fanatic can explain that?

    I pretty much hate baseball on TV, and to be honest, I am not all that enamored with the Pittsburgh Pirates even in person, but I do have something to root for. The Pirates have had 15 consecutive losing seasons, if they have one this year, they tie the record for most cosecutive losing seasons by a professional sports franchise and then next year we go for sole ownership of the record. Probably not why they want people to show up, but with a hockey game in town Friday as well, I doubt anyone will show up anyhow.

    As for it being a World Series, please, we haven't won that since 1979, last thing we need is more countries involved, lol.
